Liability
We're not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from using — or being unable to use — the app.
Subscriptions & Apple's Standard EULA
Any paid subscriptions or in-app purchases are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms conflict with Apple's EULA in relation to such purchases, Apple's EULA governs.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
