The app is built for personal and professional use. Feel free to use it however is genuinely helpful to you.
Restrictions
Please don't reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app. Don't use it in ways that weren't intended or that could harm others.
No warranties
The app is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it useful and accurate, but we can't guarantee it'll be perfect for every situation. Use it as a helpful tool, not as the sole basis for critical decisions.
Health & fitness — not medical advice
This app is a tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing it shows you is medical, nutritional, or professional health advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Any targets, goals, scores, or estimates the app calculates are general guidance derived from published sources, applied to the details you enter. They are not personalised to your medical history and may not be appropriate for you. Nutrition figures and any AI-assisted estimates are approximate by nature.
Talk to a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or supplement routine — particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, an athlete under medical supervision, or living with any medical condition. Kidney, liver, and metabolic conditions in particular can make otherwise ordinary intake targets unsuitable.

Subscriptions & Apple's Standard EULA
Any paid subscriptions or in-app purchases are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms conflict with Apple's EULA in relation to such purchases, Apple's EULA governs.
